Shipping Policy

Shipping is only available throughout New Zealand at this stage (sorry internationals).

Your order will be processed once confirmation of your order has been received.  When this has been confirmed, your order will then be freshly created for you. 

Confirmation of when your order has been fulfilled will then be sent to you.  This will take approximately 1 – 2 weeks depending on demand and product amounts.   

If for any reason your order will take longer than 2 weeks to fulfil, I will notify you immediately with an estimated delivery date;  in which you reserve the right to either continue with your order or cancel your order .

When your order is packed and shipped out to you, you will be notified and receive a tracking number for your parcel.

Shipping costs

For all orders, parcels are always posted with tracking numbers to ensure peace of mind.

All parcels are shipped via NZ Post – Economy/tracked to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Urban tracked NZ – $6.50

Rural tracked NZ – $11.50

Local delivery in Taupō – Free!

Parcels sent in the post are packaged in a Kraft Box and without any plastic packaging

Local deliveries are packaged in a Kraft paper bag unless you upgrade to the box through the gift wrapper option at checkout.

For large parcels above 3kg, additional charges may apply, but you will be notified if this is to occur. 

Payments

Payments accepted:

  • Direct bank transfer,
  • Cash on delivery (local Taupo deliveries only),

 

  • Credit card –  Many apologies, I am no longer offering payments through credit card

Refund Policy

It is important to me that each and every product is created to be of high satisfaction to my customers, if you have any concerns regarding the quality of the product you receive, please contact me with the product name, date product was made (listed on the packaging – this is also used as the batch number) and the reason why you are not completely satisfied with your product.   Please ensure that you contact me as soon as possible for any quality/dissatisfaction issues and preferably within 2 months of receiving your order where we can both explore some options to fix this issue for you. 

Please note, that due to orders being made fresh upon placing your order, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind on a product.
